Right of Withdrawal
Return Conditions
At Sunbloom AU, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a return policy that allows you to return your order within 30 days of receipt.
Return Conditions:
Return Period: You have 30 days to return your product, starting from the day you receive it.
Condition of Products: Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging so they can be resold.
Exceptions: Certain items are excluded from return, including:
Hygiene items such as underwear, bras, tights, and cosmetics.
Custom-made or personalized products.
Items that cannot be returned due to their nature.
Order Cancellation:
Cancellation Period: You can cancel your order within 1 hour after placing it.
Cancellation Rule for PayPal Orders: The cancellation option only applies to PayPal orders.
No Cancellation for Credit Card Orders: There is NO cancellation option for credit card orders.
Return Process:
Register Your Return: Send an email to Sunbloomau@outlook.com to register your return. Provide your contact details and order number, and include clear photos or videos of any defects or damages.
Return Shipment: After your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the items. Make sure to send the items back in perfect condition and meet all return requirements.
Shipping Costs: The customer bears the return shipping costs. These costs will not be reimbursed.
Proof of Shipment: Don’t forget to send us the proof of shipment at Sunbloomau@outlook.com, ideally by replying to the previous email correspondence.
Damaged Products:
If a product arrives damaged, we will offer you a free replacement. Be sure to provide photo or video evidence clearly showing the damage.
Refund:
The refund for returned items will be issued within 14 working days after the return has been received by the supplier.
Notes:
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or issues during the shipping process. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the return conditions are not met. Please note that your items, if applicable, must be returned to one of our warehouses, which may be located abroad depending on stock.
