Average Delivery Times
At Sunbloom AU, we strive to offer the best value by shipping our products directly from the supplier. This allows us to significantly reduce transport, storage, packaging, and shipping costs, and offer products at a fair price. The total delivery time, including processing, is typically between 6 and 12 days.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 days and shipped from our distribution center. We do our best to handle your order as quickly as possible.

Delays

Free Shipping
We cover all shipping costs and deliver every order FREE of charge to your doorstep, with no minimum order value.

Cancelling Your Order
You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After this time, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible as the order is immediately forwarded to our warehouse for processing. A 14-day right of withdrawal applies from the day you receive the product, during which you can return your order.

To ensure your order is processed correctly, it’s important that your shipping details are complete and accurate. Missing or incorrect information may cause delivery delays. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide accurate information. Please note: if a package is lost or undeliverable due to incorrect information, the buyer will bear the cost and we cannot offer a refund.

Track Your Order
You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your items have been shipped. You can also track your order through our Track & Trace page on the website. Please note that tracking information may take up to 5 days to become visible after placing the order.
